Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure Agreement

The first order of business for those wishing to do petroleum-related business with us is to sign a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCND). This allows us -- Vision One General Services -- and prospective business partners to exchange information and relevant documents in a trusted manner. If you have an actual buyer actively seeking an allocation, please include the buyer or buyer mandate and all other intermediaries in the NCND as well. This will help facilitate the Fee Protection Agreement when the transaction goes to contract.

*Please be sure to insert the current date on page 4 when filling out the NCND

1. Download the NCND in PDF format and digitally sign and stamp. Send with an e-mail to info@v1finance.com
