network of business partners and contacts in the petroleum industry
worldwide. For buyers of petroleum products, we are able to avail
you of our contacts to locate an allocation of a desired commodity.
We do our utmost to ensure that business transactions are conducted
in a manner in which all parties are satisfied. One of our business
partners operates on a very high level in the petroleum industry
and can procure allocations for qualified buyers from a variety
of sources and the national oil agencies of various petrol-producing
countries. In order for this partner to locate an allocation for
a buyer, the simple set of procedures listed below must be adhered
to. We do not believe in wasting time, ours or others'. If you have
qualified buyers and are prepared to follow these procedures, we
welcome the opportunity to do mutually beneficial business with
you.
Procedures
We are direct to seller mandate for the following: Please be advised
that our seller holds mandates from several governments to include
Russia, Iran, the UAE, and others, and can also aquire unsold allocations
of SLCO. He must have an LOI and buyer banking coordinates for exactly
what the buyer is looking for in terms of quantity, target pricing,
delivery, etc. A "soft-probe" on the buyers bank has to be done
before a hard FCO will be issued in order to qualify buyers. Be
prepared to sign an NCND before any documents change hands. We welcome
inquires from SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY who are prepared to follow our
guidelines.
IMPORTANT
Please do not contact us asking
for a Full Corporate Offer from the seller, as there are many sellers
we deal with. Until such time as the buyer has made his intentions
known through a Letter of Intent, our business partner cannot locate
an allocation of the desired commodity. When the buyer has been
verified to be actively seeking a commodity and financially capable
of conducting the transaction, an allocation will be located and
offered to the buyer.
